Orders and payment

• Prices are shown in UAE dirhams and include VAT.
• An order is confirmed once payment succeeds and you receive your order number.
• Orders that were not paid remain saved as unpaid and can be completed later.

Delivery

• Delivery is free inside the UAE and takes 1 to 3 working days.
• Remote areas may take one extra day.

• This is a skincare product, not a medicine, and does not replace professional advice for skin conditions.

Governing law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
