Returns & Exchange Policy

You may request an exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions.

Conditions

• The jar must be sealed, unused and in its original condition.
• The request must include the order number or the phone number used at purchase.
• Opened jars are excluded for hygiene reasons, unless they arrived damaged.

How to request

• Contact us on WhatsApp within the 7-day window.
• We arrange collection from your address at no extra cost inside the UAE.

Refunds

• The amount is returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 working days of receiving and inspecting the product.
